SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All products are custom-made print-on-demand through our professional printing partner WhiteWall. Minor variations in color, cropping, or finish compared to on-screen previews may occur due to printing processes and screen calibration.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Orders are produced on demand. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All prints are fulfilled and shipped by WhiteWall. Shipping times may vary depending on production and destination. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all prints are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at basiletrn@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will reproduce and replace the print at no additional cost. SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Limoges, France.
