Products
All products offered on this website are custom-made fine art prints, produced on demand through our professional printing partner WhiteWall. Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only; slight variations in color, cropping, or finish may occur due to printing processes and screen calibration.

Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your status and location. Shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes are additional and displayed at checkout.

Orders
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products under these conditions. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Because prints are produced on demand, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours after placing the order.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Shipping
Production time is generally 5–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only (3–7 business days in EU, 5–14 business days worldwide). Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Returns and refunds
Because each product is made to order, returns and refunds for change of mind are not possible. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing basiletrn@gmail.com with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will reproduce and replace the product at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal (EU law)
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. All prints are personalized and therefore excluded from this right, unless defective or damaged.

Liability
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, customs clearance issues, or minor variations in color/finish inherent to the printing process.

Governing law
These Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limoges, France.
