Production time
All prints are made to order through our professional printing partner WhiteWall. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping times
Delivery times depend on your location:
- France & EU: usually 3–7 business days after production
- UK: usually 5–8 business days after production
- Rest of the world: usually 7–14 business days after production
Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at basiletrn@gmail.com with photos of the package and product. We will reproduce and replace the item at no additional cost.
Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If the parcel returns to us, re-shipping costs may apply.
